NYI Program Costs 2010

NYI is a not-for-profit project.  We charge the minimal amount for the program possible given the costs we have and the support we have been offered.  Fees are determined based on (i) primary country of residence and (ii) citizenship.

NB: To qualify for a lower fee amount, an applicant must meet both residence and citizenship requirements

FEES:

  • Russian Federation, CIS, and other former Eastern Block (non-EU):  5,000 rubles
  • (4,000 if application is received before April 1, 2010)
  • Eastern Europe, now EU and former Yugoslavia: 250 Euro(9,750 rubles)
  • Western Europe400 Euro(15,600 rubles)

Fee breakdown for students from Eastern and Western Europe:     
     Eastern Europe: 6,000 rubles (155 Euro) to NYI; 95 Euro ($113.60) to Stony Brook

     Western Europe: 6,000 rubles (155 Euro) to NYI; 245 Euro ($293) to Stony Brook*
     
      *NYI Fees to be paid in St. Petersburg
